 You can try to run the file named start.py first. If you can't run it, you may not install Python. I provided the installation program in the file Python3.75.rar. If you can't understand Chinese, you can run one of the two exes first, choose the one fixes your system, and make comment. I may use some module, so you may need to install them by input pip install module name. I will update it to make it not depend on Python in the future
